About Mowrey Elevator Company

Mowrey Elevator Company Inc. was established in 1976 and has grown to become a leading elevator provider across the Southeast US as well as Latin America and the Caribbean. Since that time we have designed, manufactured and installed tens of thousands of elevators for condominiums, hotels, schools and universities. Founder Timothy S. Mowrey, Sr., is an elevator consultant and member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, instrumental in writing and adopting the elevator codes on a national level.

Today, Mowrey Elevator remains a family-owned company with several hundred employees committed to customer excellence across numerous service center locations. We specialize in the installation, service and maintenance of both commercial and residential elevators, including passenger, freight, hydraulic, dumbwaiters, wheelchair lifts, stair lifts and traction elevators.
