Service
Over 30 years of service and a commitment to quality products is what you get with Mowrey Elevetor Company. We've grown to become one of the largest privately-owned elevator companies in the United States based on a reputation of service. Our technicians hold both state and national certifications and are trained to maintain most types of elevators regardless of the manufacturer. We offer the support of our 350,000 square foot manufacturing facility, located in Marianna, Florida and many service center locations throughout the southeast.
Mowrey technicians have obtained a level of education, training and certification surpassing most in the industry and we offer a 24-hour service hotline. Just a few of our special service programs include:
Mowrey Maintenance Agreement
The Mowrey
Maintenance Agreement covers all preventative maintenance including parts and labor. That means repairs due to normal wear and tear are usually covered. Our technicians are factory-trained on the products we manufacture as well as most major manufacturer’s, and have access to strategically-located warehouses containing a complete inventory of genuine replacement parts.
Mowrey Inspection Service
Mowrey Inspection Services meet the requirements of the National Elevator Code and the states of Florida. For a nominal fee, this service will be added to your Maintenance Agreement, making the entire process easy for you. We’ll hire the independent inspector as required and coordinate the inspection. We’ll also perform the required tests so the inspectors can witness them.
Elevator Telephone Service
Elevator Telephone Service is a Mowrey exclusive in the Southeast. We test our elevator telephones monthly to ensure reliable service with a 100% ADA-compliant phone monitoring service.

The importance of preventative maintenance
It's a fact...when elevators are properly maintained they function better and last longer. Well-maintainted equipment can lead to years of trouble-free service. Poor maintenance can lead to unnecessary costs and potential liability.
Preventive maintenance helps to fix problems before they happen. A quality preventive maintenance program consists of the following:
Routine Examination · Parts Replacement · Record Keeping
Housekeeping · Adjustment · Communication
Lubrication · Testing
